Nueva Vida Chiropractic is a family-focused practice with two locations in Windcrest and Stone Oak (coming soon). Founded by Dr. Marina De La Garza, Nueva Vida Chiro is dedicated to helping individuals and families take an active role in their health through personalized chiropractic care, education and holistic wellness.

At Nueva Vida, we believe that every patient deserves care that is tailored to their individual needs and health goals. Dr. De La Garza believes that true wellness beings with understanding each patient as a whole person. Rather than focusing on symptoms, she takes time to listen, educate and create care plans that align with each individuals needs and goals.

With a special interest in prenatal, pediatric and family wellness care, we welcome patients through every stage of life. Whether caring for growing families, supporting expectant mothers, or helping individuals pursue overall health, we strive to provide meaningful care. Our goal is to create an environment where patients feel valued, informed, and empowered through their wellness journey.

Dr. Marina De La Garza D.C.

Dr. Marina De La Garza was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Incarnate Word High School and went on to study at Texas State University in San Marcos, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness. She then moved to Dallas to attend Parker University, and after graduation, returned home to serve the community she loves.

Dr. De La Garza was drawn to chiropractic through her desire to help others and give back to her community. Her experience as a medical assistant helped her realize her passion for helping people heal naturally, and she discovered that chiropractic care was the perfect way to do so.

In her free time, Dr. De La Garza enjoys exploring new hiking trails around town. She also loves cruising, spending time on the beach with a good book, and binge-watching a new Netflix show.

Dr. De La Garza is passionate about providing quality, personalized care to her patients. She is Webster Certified and is currently pursuing additional certifications through the ICPA.
